This is a petition against glasgow city council and the proposed dennistoun and Royston traffic management and parking controls. 

In my view and the view of many residents this is an absolutely unfair charge to park on  streets within their homes and businesses. This is in no way helping solve any issues and by blaming the GRI as one of the main reasons for parking issues is solvable. Make parking at the hospital free of charge to its workers and this would then free up on street parking within the dennistoun and Royston areas!  

There has been concern of the point that even if passes were bought no one would be guaranteed a parking spot on their own street. 

£650 per business is forcing them to possibly move to another accessible area as trade will surely die off. 

Millerston st? Usually coned off when there is football at Parkhead to let traffic run through it quickly using all lanes. Are parking passes not allowed to park there on such days which is just a disgrace .
