As everyone knows, recently Roe v Wade has been overturned. Women no longer have control over their reproductive organs, they now belong to the government and are considered "government property". Women no longer have the right to abort a baby that was created from rape, abuse, or condoms failing. They no longer have a say over their own body. This is injustice to an extreme that we never thought we would see.

Pro-lifers are winning and we must stop it. They are so focused on controlling what women do or don't do with their bodies that they forget to fight for what their name truly honors. If pro-lifers are that adamant about saving lives, why don't they focus on suicide prevention? Or may stopping gun violence or fighting poverty? Rather than focusing on what will actually save lives, they avidly focus on the one thing that strips women of their rights to their bodies. It was never about justice for them, it was only about power.

Did you know that not only do guns and firearms have more rights than women, but also the penalty for abortion is more severe than the penalty for rape? Yes you heard me right. If a man physically forces a woman to have sexual intercourse, he gets a stern talking to and 6 months in prison. But if a 12 year old child is raped and gets pregnant, she is forced to have the baby, and if she tries to abort it, she gets near a lifetime in prison? This is a war against women. If pro-lifers truly cared about saving lives, they would encourage abortion rights, because this ban on abortion will cause a major increase in the suicide rate.
