Over recent months several people have been complaining, rightly so, about the lack of service being provided by Bank of Valletta (BOV) in the locality of St. Paul's Bay, this especially after the closure of the BOV branch in St. Paul's Bay, and removal of ATMs.

As an elected member of parliament I have once again written to the management at Bank of Valletta so that the service is improved.

This petition is being circulated for the following actions to be undertaken by Bank of Valletta : 

- BOV branch in St. Paul's Bay opens again immediately.

- BOV branch in Bugibba is given more resources in order to avoid long queues which are being seen on a daily basis.

- Any ATMs which have been removed are put in place again.

- The ATMs in the locality are to be fully functional all the time.

- Any other measures are to be taken by the bank in order to ensure that the service by BOV in St. Paul's Bay and surrounding areas is a good one.
