I've been living in Roscommon, Michigan for practically my entire life. 

Many businesses come and go, but Matt's has been here since I started living here. It's a great establishment, the people and food are all exemplary. 

However, over time, the menu items have gotten repetitive. A lot of the items, like the quesadillas and the breakfast pizza, seem to exist purely to make the menu selection seem bigger. 

My suggestions are as follows:

1. Make the menu layout simpler/easier to read and interpret
2. Get rid of a lot of items that seem like filler
3. Give customers more room to customize their orders and food (ie. make your own custom burger/pasta dish). 
4. Revamp the daily specials. If I'm being honest, I'm tired of the Friday fish fry, Friday is a super exciting day and I think it warrants a much cooler special.

I suggest menu items such as:

• More pasta (chicken pesto, chicken alfredo, etc)
• Pierogies
• Porkchops
• Chili
• Sweet potato fries
• Curly/cajun fries
• A basket of biscuits as an appetizer
• Stir fry
• BRING BACK THE SALAD BAR
• Cookies
• Poached eggs
• Paninis
• And a LOT more
