I know Leodore Lionheart was not all that popular of a character in the Zootopia franchise. But, I feel like he needs a redemption arc story. I mean he's a villain but he's not irredeemable. Giving Lionheart a redemption arc would make a pretty interesting story in addition to the franchise. It would also show that some villains can have a change of heart. 

A lot of people have been sympathizing with him, I feel some sympathy for him as well. I mean he wasn't trying to hurt any of the mammals he ordered to be kidnapped and imprisoned. Yet, he's treated like he's a dangerous villain according to the end credits. 

How I think his redemption arc should go is to have him released from prison minus being reinstated as mayor like what the Zootopia Comic "Skunk Appreciation Parade" was showing. 

I would suggest give him a redemption arc story in either a spin-off or in "Zootopia 3" if they ever make one. 

Since, it's probably too late to put it in the upcoming 2025 film "Zootopia 2". 

Again, I still believe that this character can have a change of heart.
