We are writing to you today with an urgent and heartfelt appeal on behalf of  Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary in Faribault, MN. We believe their unique sanctuary, dedicated to providing a last hope for feral cats, aligns perfectly with your missions of animal welfare and community support, and we sincerely hope you will consider sponsoring their critical work.

Furball Farm is more than just a shelter; it's a true sanctuary for feral cats with nowhere else to go. They specialize in caring for cats deemed "unadoptable" and sometimes called” garbage cats”  and are not accepted into other animal shelters. Furball Farm provides a cage-free environment that gives the cats the space and time they need to decompress and often, surprisingly, reveal their sweet and affectionate nature. Many who were once considered beyond hope, eventually find their loving forever homes.

Edit: Furball provides a safe and caring home for cats that would otherwise be forgotten. All cats who come into their care are fully vetted including being spayed/neutered. They recently received permission to add Dr. Beverly Stephenson Low Cost Spay/Neuter Program. Per our conditional use permit, they can only offer low cost spay/neuters twice a week. The mission is to help provide spay/neuter options for farmers and low-income families. Currently, they have a waiting list and are focusing on cats in the breeding cycle, to help reduce the number of stray and suffering cats. Dr. Beverly Stephenson amazing low cost spay/neuter program has prevented 1000's of unwanted kittens!

Their success is a testament to the incredible dedication of their small, hands-on team and a vibrant community of volunteers. They welcome visitors to connect with their cats, share treats, and witness the profound difference they are making. Their live broadcasts on YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok also foster a beautiful online community, demonstrating the widespread impact and love for their sanctuary.
