The Issue

As a proud resident of El Paso, I am constantly reminded of how our city is overlooked in comparison to other Texas cities like Dallas, Austin, or even Midland and Amarillo. These places boast impressive skylines, often becoming symbols of their status and growth. Yet, here we are, a major international borderplex, and our skyline doesn't reflect the vibrant and dynamic nature of our community.

El Paso deserves a landmark that captures our spirit and showcases our significance as a border city. We need a towering skyscraper that not only enhances our skyline but also serves as a beacon of our aspirations and pride. Imagine a breathtaking, LED-wrapped spire reaching 504 feet into the sky—a true testament to what El Paso stands for, also Paul Foster wants this building to be 420ft so adding an 84ft thin spire would make a huge difference while still being cheap.

Paul Foster, a successful businessman and philanthropist with a net worth exceeding $4 billion, could make this dream a reality with just a small investment. His contribution would not only bring about a visual transformation but also stimulate local economic growth, attract tourism, and build a sense of pride among El Pasoans.

Moreover, erecting a skyscraper here is a gesture of belief in the potential of El Paso, a city teeming with history, culture, and untapped opportunities. Let us come together to urge Paul Foster and other potential investors to consider this transformative project. It is time to elevate El Paso to new heights, quite literally, and cultivate a skyline that reflects our community's strength and resilience.

Sign this petition to support building El Paso's first 504-foot skyscraper. Let's showcase our city's potential and ensure our skyline is as awe-inspiring as the spirit of El Paso itself. Join us in making history—one signature at a time.
