I have been working with BWW for 7 months. Myself and many other employees have been trying to tell management to fix our issues at our location so we all have a shot at working a good shift.

In this case, management likes to decide that they're too good to listen to any of us which causes conflict in both working at our store and scheduling.

nobody gets proper schedules, store issues do not get taken care of, and environment becomes toxic.

 people have to get second jobs because they don't get scheduled enough to make a living, people are quitting due to the lack of professionalism, and finally employees being expected to be on the floor for 8 hours or more without taking a break. 

I started this petition to show to management and the company that us workers need to have change, and need to have success.
