Throughout Season 2 and 3, Alya Cesaire has helped Ladybug by becoming “Rena Rouge” temporarily. In season 4 episode, “Optigami”, Alya was given the fox miraculous permanently, proving her worth in “Sentibubbler”

Despite the show presenting this as a major permanent change, she was only allowed to appear as Rena for 3 episodes before having the miraculous removed from her. In “Strike Back” she lost her miraculous permanently without any indication of her getting it back.
