TikTok doesn't follow their own guidelines. They give preferential treatment to celebrities, not holding them to the same guidelines as everyone else. I, and many others have tested this thoroughly, reporting the same violations by celebs and the average user and the response is different for both(despite both doing the same thing) which isn't fair treatment. 

TikTok needs to treat all the same and change their guidelines to prevent the multitude of false reports put in the are getting videos unnecessarily removed.

TikTok wouldn't be anything without its users, so it needs better trained, impartial moderators to review reports do that hard working users don't lose their videos and accounts over false reports.

TikTok needs to crack down on false reports. As it is, anyone can file a false report with full anonymity and without consequence. This needs to change. False reports are false information. They damage reputations and accounts while the person reporting gets to hide and not provide any justification for their actions.
