No one wants to live among garbages. Why should we? 8th avenue has become a dumpster. Garbages piled up, sidewalks are turned into flea market, commercial merchandise packages are left on the street, no city staff cares! Look at the pictures. How do you expect residents/shoppers/workers/elderly seniors/young children to live in such a  filthy environment ? Where is the enforcement of sanitation rules? Traffic rules? This is not Wild West! Now it seems anyone can pull out a foldable table to set up a shop on the avenue. Anyone can dump garbage on the street, anyone can sell food without proper training. Where is the city agencies to clean the street and enforcing the rules? Where is the Mayor? Where is the District 38 council woman? By defunding the police and assign the short staffed Dep. of Consumer Affairs to monitor the unlicensed street vendors, look at what happens now?  Act now before anyone got run over by a car!
