Palm oil use is destroying the rain forests, and soon it will be too late to save them. I love Aldi for an affordable family shop. They have shown their commitment to environmental issues with their plastic reduction pledges and by reducing their carbon footprint by 30 % since 2012. It is however scary how many of their products contain Palm oil. The production of Palm oil is devastating the rain forests, so how can this fit in with their pledge for carbon reduction ? Ask Aldi to be responsible and stop stocking these products.
