This petition is in support of a small family business that has traded successfully for 26 years in Seaton Devon called 4 Seasons. 

However since the 17th of April 2023 they have been losing £1000 a week in sales due to Aldis supermarket causing obstruction to their shop front with the ground work they are currently doing in preparation for opening in September 2023

Despite several attempts to contact the CEO Giles Hurley regarding the loss of customers and income that has caused immense stress and at the point of closing their doors for good. They have not had a response from him but his secretary wrote a letter apologising.

EDDC are investigating the case but have said it is a lengthy process and please be patient.

We need the CEO of Aldi to acknowledge the damage done to this family business and to compensate accordingly before it is too late.
