Sir Tony Robinson received a knighthood for his performance in Blackadder and other things, Rowan Atkinson deserves a knighthood for his performances is such classics as, Mr Bean, Bean: The Ultimate Disaster Movie, Mr Bean's Holiday, Johnny English and Johnny English Reborn. In the last two classics, he protected the country of England from multiple attempts of invasion and served the Queen with royal protection. I, along with many others, believe that Rowan Atkinson has done what is needed to achieve a knighthood.
