This petition will FORCE our so called elected officials to make the required changes to Title 17 Kern County Ordinance and The Property Tax Payer Portal System to eliminate Squatters, Crackheads and thieves from the Kern River Valley. These changes will allow all local, state and federal law enforcement to act "with just cause" and remove by force any and all illegal property squatters. Title 17 is a vast and complex Ordinance that covers almost everything that people are legally bound to including housing, welfare, utilities and building. Changing just some of these words within the ordinances in place will give us We The People the leverage we need to TAKE BACK OUR VALLEY!

   The changes to the Property Tax Payer System will effectively remove 98% of all on line property fraud. These are the people paying the property taxes that help keep the squatters in place. The squatters or someone else pays the property taxes by way of a "pre-paid" Visa Card and simply "pay the required amount to keep the county from doing any other further required research on who is paying the taxes".

These changes will effectively remove by way of a "recall" any and all so-called elected officials that are not there to serve the people of The Kern River Valley. This "list of concerned citizens and business owners" will in fact offer the extreme political leverage of removing all voter support, donations and money from the so-called elected officials pockets.
