As many know Raising Canes is a fast food chain in St. Louis, Missouri. I think it would benefit the city of Cape Girardeau bring a high profitable company to the streets and bringing in my opinion one of the best chicken places to the map. As in recent years Canes has had strong financial performances. In 2023 raising canes made $3.7 billion in net sales. In 2024 the projection at year end of all net sales is $4.5billion. On average a single canes location generates $5.4 million per year in revenue making the area profitable. Per business insider “since 2018 Raising Canes has been on of the fastest growing restaurant chains in the U.S opening more than 50 restaurants. While it might take a while for a Raising Canes to reach the on average number, since Cape Girardeau is closely populated by a college campus, it would take no time before the Cape Girardeau's location is one of the top fast food Chains in the area.
