Within this past week, at the Liberty Center Cheesecake Factory, we have experienced a roar of un-needed drama and sadly multiple of our staff members have suffered the consequences. 

This petition is to get Vicky her job back as she has been wrongly questioned which has lead to her departure. To my knowledge, she was told to not return to work one day as she was being investigated by corporate concerning some allegations from two employees. These allegations have not rang true in my personal experience and since speaking to other co-workers haven't in their opinion either.

When I was first hired at The Cheesecake Factory, I was told that this restaurant strives for a family environment that encourages a relationship of trust, loyalty, honesty  and responsibility. Vicky has done nothing but sustain this standard and go beyond - she started as a server and eventually became a manager... she knows what the job entails and how to do it. We need someone like that on the floor, on expo who has experienced the same problems we do and knows how to solve them. Each and every employee at this restaurant looks to Vick as a not only a leader but a good friend too, and I wouldn't treat a friend the way this company has treated her. 

She was given no warning about the investigation and was denied a final day with her co-workers. This single mother is now left with upcoming bills, a 17 year old daughter and no way to pay for either. Save her the scrambling and get her, her job back.
