has racked up a million views, but that was released 16 years ago, and over time the YouTube algorithm has forgotten him and he isn't getting the promotion he deserves, so many people are missing out on his videos. Including one he posted last year...his submission to tiny desk.

He is an objectively good songwriter, a joy to listen to and watch perform. I know well known artists, up to top 40, generally play tiny desk. There is an expected following. But if just this once (er...twice, kudos contest winner), tiny desk could be the platform that promotes and artist who needs an wholly deserves it, instead of the artist promoting tiny desk...I think it could help an entire marginalized community to feel seen and appreciated, it would definitely make Sean feel warranted appreciation, and I guarantee all regular tiny desk viewers will eagerly tune in to see something they've never seen before. And their minds.
