The Arbuckle dining hall at Stanford GSB offers a cornucopia of food. Japanese, Korean, Indian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, and American all feature heavily. It is a wonderful opportunity to sample flavors from around the world.

However one important country is missing: The UK.

Students at the GSB are denied the opportunity to savor the best of British food, meaning their cultural experience is missing a critical component. Far from the misconception of bland and uncreative food, British food is modern, fresh, and made from the finest ingredients. 

If Arbuckle offers British food at just one of its many stations once a month, the student experience will be enriched, and cultural understanding will be increased across the GSB.

Now is the time to act. The UK has a new king, and is entering a new chapter in the country's history. It is the perfect time for students to take a fresh look at the British culinary tradition, and see what they've been missing.
