For far too long Bryan Smith at Smith Driscoll and associates  Has practiced law in Idaho Falls.. His entire business ruins people's Lives.. His business Practices are Down right awful.. He finds any loophole he can to take people for as much money as he can.. Is charging outrageous lawyer fees attaching people's wages for medical billsAnd totally destroying lives.. He doesn't stop at just making you pay Your medical bills.  He will drain your bank account and take every last time you have so you cannot feed your family.. I totally agree that people need to pay their medical bills but there is ways to do that and there is the Smith way.. My goal of this petition is to get it to where he cannot do any business in Eastern Idaho. Or the surrounding areas.. Or for him to change the way he practices his collection actions on people.
