Zito Media bought out our local cable provider Carolina Mountain Cablevision due to an absurd decision by the shareholders to sell the service area to this company with an F rating at the better business bureau and a 1 star review on Google.

Since CMCV sold out it’s been nothing but problems, this company was unprepared to take over our service area. They are understaffed, they can’t stay open for more than 2 weeks at a time and the techs never show up for scheduled appointments. I personally have been no call no showed 7 times now with no resolution to my original service request which started months ago. 

This petition is to get rid of Zito Media in our area and to allow Charter or another reputable cable company to move in and provide the area with internet access. Multiple businesses run from our area and have been impacted since the switch. Multiple people work from home and can not maintain stable enough internet connections to complete their work. Multiple people have been no call no showed by the technicians after taking off of work to be present at the time of service costing us thousands of dollars in missed wages.

it’s time to hold them accountable.
