Inmates at Washoe County Detention Center has 1 way to communicate with family members and loved ones through smart communication. This app is a stressful chaotic disaster. 
the visits never start on time, no matter how good of a connection u have the entirety of the visit is buffering, the picture is so small if I blink it says ur not facing the camera and blacks out the screen….. 

If u contact smart communication about them  stealing ur money (YES STEALING) If and when u buy something or pay for a service and the COMPANY does not fulfill the request adequately, and or not service the customer what was paid for and then gives a less than half refund for what u spend that is theft they end our visits before the timer reads 00:00 that’s all stealing. That’s why I am asking everyone who has had or has loved ones that depend these services stick together and help me fire smart communication they are a trash company with no consideration for others time, money, and or feelings. 
mall they care  about is the money they are taking in from single moms senior citizens parents and grandparents so on and so forth fattening their pockets and the app does not even refund what is the customer spent for a visit not received…. 

Not much is really at stake if this does or does not change except sadder children wives parents and inmates They are already paying for the crime they allegedly have committed  but then they are being stripped of the rights until their

it’s important to take action now because they (Smart communication) is only making there bank accounts fatter while we the consumers are being stolen from, cheated out mins, and our loved ones frustrated they can’t see us… And not that it’s expensive but if you visit ur loved one like I do it gets costly nearing 159 a week for it to work when it wants to and not receive ur prepaid cash back is trash….
