Nicki Minaj has been the reigning female in hip-hop for 15+ years now. She’s contributed and helped mold the RAP game as we know it today. She’s the most successful, wealthiest and famous female rapper. She’s broken countless records, received countless plaques, was the first female rapper to debut at #1 on Billboard Hot 100 20 years after Lauryn Hill, she’s the only female rapper to headline her OWN world tours not once, not twice but 3x. She continues to inspire many artist, female and male, in the music industry with her creativity, her style and/or her celebrity. She’s had 4 top 2 albums on Billboard Hot 100, 2/4 peaking at #1. She’s partnered with many brands and sells out anything she puts her name on, like Rap Snacks or Fendi Prints On. Her demand and status is so great, she doesn’t even have to put her face or name on the product to help with sales, like when Crocs sold out following a Instagram picture she posted or how she completely revived a fashion brand (FENDI) that was dead with the help of a jacket and a lyric saying “fendi prints on..” (Chun-Li ; 2018). This petition is for those that agree and would like for Nicki Minaj and her team to submit her for nominations for the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. This petition is to get HER attention because fans can submit her, but she has to approve it. We need her and/or her team to say “Yes. Let’s do it.” because rightfully so, with all she’s contributed to the music industry and helped mold it, like speaking up on unfair practices or fighting for streaming rights, Nicki Minaj DESERVES her star. She’s a living ICONIC LEGEND.
