Get Mrs. hyjek FIRED!

The Issue

1. Excessive and Unreasonable Workload

Mrs. Hyjek assigns an overwhelming amount of work, making it difficult for students to keep up and effectively learn the material.

2. Unprofessional Attitude

She consistently displays a negative attitude in class, making the learning environment stressful and discouraging.

3. Disrespect Toward Students

Multiple students have witnessed or experienced her making unkind remarks about students behind their backs. This creates a toxic and unwelcoming classroom atmosphere.

4. Lack of Student Support

Instead of encouraging students, she often dismisses their concerns and does not provide the necessary help to succeed in math.

5. Widespread Student Discontent

A large majority of students feel frustrated and unhappy in her class, which negatively affects their motivation and academic performance.

A teachers role is to educate, inspire, and support students. When a teacher fails to do so and instead creates a negative learning environment, action must be taken. We urge the school administration to investigate these concerns and take appropriate steps to improve the quality of math education at our school.
