FIGHTING FOR WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT!
 ~On behalf of Marshalltown community~ 
 
   I was born and raised in Marshalltown, iowa all my life. When I was a little girl I LOVED going to the mall in Marshalltown but as most know our mall is pretty much empty. It’s devastating to me and as well to my friends and family. As you can see we do have a Walmart as well as other grocery stores such as hyvee, fareway, aldis, and a few dollar stores. But there is one store that our town is missing that would blow the rest out of waters and that is target! 
   I myself when I go out of town for work or just out of town in general I make a point I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS stop at target! But no so many Marshalltown residents are so lucky to be able to drive out of town to even go to a target (our closet one beinf 40 minuets away). Target has a huge range of clothing that Marshalltown residents could desperately benefit from as we only have one clothing store unless you go to thrift stores or Walmart which, to be honest we really don’t want to shop at Walmart. As well as a huge range of home decor/home goods that could light/ fix up anyones home make anyone happier. The beauty and health department that target also carries is one of the best I know. And as far as groceries you guys carry just about anything and everything to satisfy anyones needs. But a big factor for why we need a target is prices and sales you guys run it’s almost hard to beat. 
   So my hope with this petition is that I can gather all the community together to sign this in hopes that target can consider opening up here. I can name off hundreds that would shop at target before they think to shop at any other stores here as well as come to Marshalltown just for target.  
  I’m afraid if we don’t get these type of stores and re vape Marshalltown then people will continue to move and leave else where and I would hate that as I love my home town.

 US THE PEOPLE OF MARSHALLTOWN DESERVE BETTER STORES WE DESERVE A TARGET DANG IT! 
  So in conclusion if you feel as strongly about getting a new store especially target in our wonderful town PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION! Target we hope you consider this petition and take our wants and needs serious and bring us are target!
