On December 15th 2001 Curtis Sheerer went to the house of Larry Wayne Simpson Jr and Larry was standing outside of the vehicle where Curtis aka Cj and  his gf was inside the vehicle, Cj  then shoot Larry then took off ! Now CJ is claiming self defense! We have a trial date set for October 17th, but now CJ is wanting to get it put off, the night it happened rogersville police didn't come back till the next night to look for the bullet, we really need Justice, my son lost his father , a mother lost her son , a sister lost her brother,!! He is claiming self defense,!then why leave after you shot him ? So many questions we may never get the answers to !! Hearing Larry's mother at night cry  because she heard her baby (Larry) yelling momma help me !! And know one around  would help or touch Larry when it happened !! Larry may not lived the life that most would approve of but he was still a human ! And loved and missed every day!! Nothing we do will ever be ok ,but knowing we get the right justice Larry' deserves will be a healing to our hearts , and get a monster like CJ off the streets because how could Larry be a be a threat standing outside of the car when CJ was inside the car he could have took off he didn't have to shoot Larry he come to Larry's house looking for trouble and now wanted to claim self-defense!!
