Get Grademelon Unbanned
The Issue
I, and a plethora of other students, have found Grademelon to be an essential tool for managing our academic progress. The platform's engaging and incredibly useful utilities are unmatched by other resources currently available to us. Every day, students like me rely on Grademelon's colorful interface to calculate grades with the addition of new assignments and to stay informed about our final and semester grades. We also depend on it to store and access vital documents like report cards, transcripts, and testing scores, regardless of their age. Grademelon is not just aesthetically pleasing, but it is also incredibly easy to use, making it an indispensable asset for students aiming to keep track of their academic achievements.
The decision by MCPS to ban Grademelon has created unnecessary barriers and disruptions in our daily academic lives. It is imperative that MCPS acknowledges the positive impact that Grademelon has had on countless students. Its intuitive design and comprehensive features have made it easier for us to stay organized and focus on our studies, leading to improved performance and motivation.
Students need resources that help them succeed academically, and Grademelon provides precisely that. It is not only a practical tool but also a source of motivation and clarity. The prohibition on this valuable service has left many students without an essential academic aid.
We urge the authorities at MCPS to reconsider their decision, understanding that tools like Grademelon are crafted to support and enhance student learning. We propose a collaborative discussion with students, educators, and MCPS officials to address any concerns that may have led to the ban and work towards making Grademelon accessible once again.
Our goal is to make sure that every student who wants and needs to use Grademelon can do so without restrictions. By joining this petition, we express our belief in the importance of this tool for our educational success. Please sign this petition to support the cause of reinstating Grademelon for all students.
