Over the recent weeks we have had a few incidents where dogs and puppies have been found in bags deceased floating on southmere lake. I am starting this petition in the hopes we can get enough signatures to encourage the council to put up enough cameras around this lake to catch who ever has been doing this. These poor innocent dogs can not speak for themselves so need us to voice it for them. We cant keep letting people get away with this. Something needs to be done. We need to take a stand for these poor dogs and get them the justice they need. The more people who come together the better luck we have in getting a successful result from this.
