Get BGen Brais to announce headdress is not to be removed while sitting

The Issue

Cadets across Canada have been spreading the myth that one must remove their headdress while sitting down, unless they are on a Canadian Forces Base. There is no documentation stating that this is to be done and it is not in line with the standards practiced by the Canadian Armed Forces.

To combat this, Commander of the Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group Brigadier General Dominique Brais should make an announcement that cadets are not to remove headdress while sitting down. This will ensure that this cadet-ism is removed swiftly across the nation.

Note: headdress is still to be removed when entering a mess hall or may be removed when entering an indoor area that is not a working environment, e.g. restaurants, theatres, libraries
