We are petitioning for two actions. For better mental health in the UK and also to be taken seriously when reaching for help 

We know that the NHS has been under strain since COVID first began in 2020. But now we need to fight for those who need help and are getting no where with the NHS system. It needs to be better. The waiting lists, waiting weeks for appointments, and while waiting not even having a phone call check in.

We are doing this for all those people who have been let down by the mental health system. To many lives have been lost. To many have been sent home to end their lives. To many people have not been taken seriously.

We need proper mental health services so that when someone contacts GP, Crisis or A&E they are taken seriously. Many people have just been sent home and have unfortunately lost their battle with mental health. After taking that big step of asking for help.

Asking for help shouldn't lead to suicide!
