On December 7 2023 a tragic Incident took place on Lowell St in Manchester NH. Akim Alleyne a father of 4 as well as a step dad to 4 children. Akim has been apart of his stepdaughters life for the past 10 years has stepped in and played the role as her father. Unfortunately A tragic incident where a man stole a package from Akim Alleyne’s stepdaughters residents resulted into death. 

A father’s main objective in life is preserve the family and children safety , Security, and freedom of life. As well as a father Akim Alleyne is a great employee for the past year now at Pro Rental. 

Akim Alleyne, a father as well as a step father had to physically defend his adolescent  stepdaugnter and her mother.From a man who physically went onto their property and took a package from their porch.Akim’s Step daughter asks for the package back and this man runs off. His step daughter runs after the man who has the item In his hands, at that point her mother runs after her daughter to make sure she is okay as any mother would do. While his stepdaughter is trying to retrieve the package back Akim Alleyne see's his daughter running down the Street with the man who took the item from their porch at that point Akim Alleyne dropped everything without giving a thought as any father would do and ran to save and secure his family and to see what was going on. So many thought went through Akims mind at that moment like what’s going on and the fear that crossed his mind from seeing his step daughter running down the street.  

Akim does not look at the loss of life as a meaningless and worthless loss of life. He is deeply saddened and wishes the man had never threatened or attempted to attack his family. Everyone who knows Akim knows he loves all his kids more than anything in this world Akim is a great person and an AMAZING father to his four kids and 4 step kids he so proud to be a father and to protect and provide for his family. Akim was only protecting and securing his family without any weapons or dangerous items, and never meant to harm or kill anybody. He purely ran to protect the children and her mother at the first moment he heard the screams from the children. Who knows what could have happen to his step daughter and her mother if he didn’t coincidentally see them running down the street. An act that any father will do without hesitation. 

The purpose of this petition is to get Akim Alleyne out on bail while dealing with this tragic situation. Akim has been a major part of his own biological children and stepdaughters lives for the past 10 years while providing physical, financial, and emotional support for the young girls. His children and stepchildren are all registered and actively enrolled in Manchester Public Schools ranging from elementary to high school, while also helping provide for his 1-year-old. He plays a very active role in all their lives from majority of support at home and extracurricular activities while the mother maintains her nursing career.
