Hi everyone. I represent Austin Anarchy- a local all gender roller derby league. My contact at the parks department and I recently spoke about us being able to apply for a grant that would allow us to get a roof over Bart, which would prevent rain outs and allow people to skate rain or shine!

Before I submit my grand proposal, I want to prove that AUSTIN WANTS THIS! Our skate community is amazing...from derby, jam, speed, art, and everything in between. Bart is beloved by all of us and we can all benefit from a covered structure!
