This case is about Georgia LAW PARTY TO THE CRIME, I ask how can you charge a person with Party to the CRIME? When the PARTY that did the crime is FREE! UNJUST! Although my son was sentence to LIFE for a crime HE DID NOT COMMENT, Easy Easy having the wrong person in your vehicle, home, present could result in a LIFE charge for any of us! Imagine someone ask you for a ride to be dropped off see someone they recently argued with and they get into an altercation. One shooter two different bullet casing?. Georgia Party to the CRIME says everyone gets a LIFE charge! Dangerous grouping everyone together! Not rather you knew abou it or not! Funny thing abou this case the shooter and codefendant are both FREE! HOW??? Evidence purposely withheld WHY? D. A. ASHLEY WRIGHT has allowed all this to be swept under the rug! Justice was not served in fact the shooter killed again less than 24hrs later! Yes the shooter and the shooter was giving 5yrs 15 yrs probation in the second shooting! not LIFE! I can not say how unjustly 30 yrs vs 5 yrs! WHO! Gets to decided that one murder is worth 5 years and another LIFE is worth 30 years unfair sentencing! Watch who you give a ride that night as friendly as Brandon is always giving his last willing to help everybody! Love to interact no matter what walk of LIFE Brandon that night gave the DEVIL a ride! This young man 20 years old at he time now 26 years old, Brandon White was sentenced to LIFE (Georgia Party to Crime Law) However this is a clear case of innocents and wrongful conviction.  Brandon White is the only person in this case that is serving a LIFE sentence in this case, even the shooter the murderer was never charged or brought to trail in this case. Two other individuals that was name by the third individual Ernest Wideman whom placed himself out the vehicle and placed two innocent men into the vehicle!!! Ernest Wideman is Free! Now the shooter I will not name AFTER he approached me with concerns that his mother seen our post on face Book and now he's attempting to live an upstanding life after destroying 5 families LIVES, Mr. Damien Collier/Family , Mr. Johnny Thibodeaux/Family, Mr. Carron Winfrey/Family, Mr. Edward Cousette/Family and Finally the Brandon White Family and Friends.  These are family lives that changed and will forever be stained and destroyed.  The D.A. refuses to uphold the LAW and prosecute anyone else in this case other than Brandon White who maintains his innocents and no knowledge of the shooter's action's and also Ernest Wideman who was never charged in this case as a party to this crime only given a lie detector test twice and set FREE!!!!! and by the way Brandon White attorney Decara Brown represented Ernest Wideman in his second interview Ms. Brown did Brandon White a BIG favor and represented his co-defendant and got him OFF! Now we are asking for this petition to be signed by all who see this as an INJUSTICE and would like to help us in getting this case re-opened and Brandon a new trail. Please help us!
