We the people would like to petition that Judge Robert “Mack” Crawford be removed from the bench. Judge Crawford accused of ‘Egregious misconduct in alleged THEFT of courts funds for more than $ 15,000 from the Pike County court’s registry. Mack Crawford violated the code of judicial conduct by improperly ordering the disbursement of the money to himself, the Judicial Qualification Commission said in formal charges filed by the state Supreme Court. Judge Crawford failed to follow  proper procedures required of attorneys by putting the MONEY into his PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT. Judge Crawford is to never be trusted presiding over any case the AG and GBI needs to investigate EVERY CASE that was before Judge Crawford. How many people are sitting in Prison for the same crime Judge Crawford is faced with. Judge Crawford, currently presided over Civil Case after being under investigation for THEFT” he also lied to JQC stating that some of the money was owed to him. The JQC claims that was a false statement, the money belonged to his client or were unclaimed property that should have gone to the Georgia Department of Revenue.”

The JQC filing also said Crawford fails to SCHEDULE  hearings promptly and  ORDERS in cases sit pending for YEARS at a time waiting for him to take meaningful action. He still has case on filed from 2012 and active. This is Judge Crawford’s second disciplinary case brought by the reconfigured state Judicial Qualification Commission. Crawford has undermined the public integrity and impartiality of the judiciary's through his action. Remove Judge Crawford by way of impeachment.
