Make squatted trucks illegal in GA

The Issue

These trucks pose a threat to the safety of everyone on the roads. They pose a threat to passenger vehicles and families by degrading their visibility with the front of their trucks raised and the rear end lowered creating the “squat” stance. They blind people with their headlights, their steering is off balance, their trucks braking power is worse, and the center gravity of the truck is degraded. This scene group alters the exhaust system making the “clapped out” sound we’re irritated with and unfortunately all familiar with. This law needs to be put in place so that lifts on trucks are not allow just the front of a truck be raised up to cause an unbalance in the trucks suspension and safety issues for others in the community!!! North Carolina has already passed a bill outlawing this, and Georgia is responsible for making a stand on this issue.
