These orders for ex'partes are getting absurd in the state of Arkansas. Innocent people are loosing their children. The court houses are not requiring proof. I feel word of mouth 'he said, she said' is not enough. Police documentations or department of human serves documents are though.These papers and stated laws do not required parent to be served to go to court. Which is in conflict with the constitutional right. We have the right to be served at due process. Arkansas law is refusing that in a slick under the table way!
