The Judge was still bewildered as to why Coodes were not acting in the interests of a beneficiary and carrying out John Buchanan’s wishes. Rather than dismiss he decided that the complex case needed a whole day hearing with a higher tier Judge in December. To put it simply, he did not conclude that I was a trespasser (for the third time), otherwise I would have been evicted by now, and Riverside Chalet demolished as Simon Wright is demanding.
