This is just a quick message to update all my friends and supporters with a new court date on Sept 7th with Judge Middleton attending.
Judge Middleton was at the last Hearing, saying ‘ this was a first’ and he could not see any reason why Coodes solicitors could not wrap up John’s Estate with the evidence provided, and a 2 hour hearing was deemed unnecessary. This new date was to formalise proceedings and conclude the case.
Coodes, alarmingly have come back with a raft of new arguments, but despite this, I still feel adamant that Coodes should be acting in the best interest of John Buchanan. Ultimately, they should be carrying out John’s wishes as set out in his Will and should not be working with the Developer.
This has been a very stressful time and I am grateful for all your support.
