The popular game 'Genshin Impact' is a game played world wide. This includes Australia and New Zealand. However the game does not have an Oceania server. 

Many players experience bad ping (200+) and can't play with their friends because of this.

We are tired. Many other games offer Oceania Servers. Many other games let you change server without losing your progress.

Having an Oceania server will draw in a lot more players as well, it is a win-win situation for both us and Hoyoverse. 

All we want is an Oceania server and the ability to change servers.
