Remove Convicted Pedophile Gary Glitter's Song from "The Joker" or Ensure No $Royalties$

The Issue

"The Joker" is currently the #1 movie at the box office and has broken records for the money it's made.  Convicted pedophile Gary Glitter's song is featured in the movie, and he stands to make MILLIONS from royalties.  Gary Glitter is currently in prison, but upon his pending release, the convicted child-rapist and child-pornographer will be rolling in money.

His song "Rock & Roll Part 1 and 2" is featured in a pivotal scene in "The Joker," during the character's ultimate transformation into The Joker.  The songs fits well but plays only briefly and could easily be replaced with a multitude of other fitting songs.  I am asking the director, Todd Phillips, to immediately edit the film and replace the song.  A second option would be to take legal action to ensure Gary Glitter (aka Paul Francis Gadd) does not personally receive royalties.

Joaquin Phoenix is one of the best actors of our generation, and his performance is brilliant; customers should not have to be financing Gary Glitter to see this movie. GARY GLITTER'S MUSIC HAS BEEN BANNED FROM AMERICAN FOOTBALL.  Gary Glitter's birthplace, the U.K., HAS BANNED HIS MUSIC FROM ALL RADIO STATIONS. Glitter has been convicted of child-rape, attempted child-rape, numerous instances of child-molestation and child-rape in multiple countries, and was deported from Cambodia on suspicion of child sexual abuse.  HE SHOULD NOT RECEIVE A DOLLAR OF OUR MONEY.

Please stand by me in support of abused children and survivors everywhere.  Don't support this movie until a change is made.  Spread the word, demand action, and speak with both your voice and your wallet.

Thank you.
