Officer John Balcerzak who handed a 14 y/o back to his captor only to be raped, murdered, mutilated, and then dismembered is now retiring comfortably with his pension. 

He even had the audacity to defend his actions despite the numerous red flags during that encounter.  He was fired, and then appealed and got reinstated.  Later on becoming president of the police association. 

This is an incident that happened some time ago, but justice was never served.  People of color have always been treated with disregard, and to add injury to insult this POS officer did not suffer any real consequences but flourished as a result of it. 

This petition really goes out especially to the people of Milwuakee, show us who you are and make things right.
