Change the FD Xmas Date to 18/12
The issue
As per Upper Middle Management, an Xmas Party on the last day of the working year (23/12) results in an undesirable hangover for Xmas Eve and beyond.
It is therefore requested that the Xmas party date be moved to the next available working Friday - 18th December 2020.
This will also allow those that are travelling for Xmas to leave prior to Xmas Eve and still enjoy the work festivities.
