(English Version) Memorandum Opinion and Re-Order Request

As the beloved professor, pastor, Dr. Iacob Coman was recently retrograded from his pastoral position on fictitious accusations, we, the people signing this petition, have considerable due process concerns about such non-fundamental judgement and are requesting that the leaders of the General Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Church urgently investigate and remove the sanctions against professor, pastor, Dr. Iacob Coman. As the Romanian judicial system found no accusations against professor, pastor, Dr. Iacob Coman, we demand that the Romanian SDA Church (Conferences and Union) be determined to remove the unfair, unjust, and targeted sanctions. We request that professor, pastor, Dr. Iacob Coman’s pastoral rights be immediately and fully restored, and that those who initiated the sanctions be impeded from implementing it. Please accept our signatures as proof of support and acceptance of the accuracy of this aforementioned memorandum.   

(Romanian Version) Opinie Memorandum si Cerere pentru Reordonanta

Deoarece îndrăgitul profesor, pastor, dr. Iacob Coman a fost recent retrogradat din poziția sa pastorală în baza unor acuzații fictive, noi, oamenii care semnam această petiție, avem preocupări considerabile referitor la procesul nedrept în legătură cu o astfel de judecată non-fundamentală și solicităm Conferinței Generale a Bisericii Adventiste de Ziua a Saptea sa investigheze urgent și sa anuleze sancțiunile împotriva profesorului, pastorului, dr. Iacob Coman. Întrucât sistemul judiciar român nu a găsit nicio acuzație împotriva profesorului, pastorului, dr. Iacob Coman, cerem ca Biserica SDA Română (Conferințe și Uniune) să fie determinată să înlăture sancțiunile nedrepte, nejuste, și personalizate. Solicităm ca drepturile pastorale ale profesorului, pastorului, dr. Iacob Coman să fie restaurate imediat și pe deplin, și ca cei care au inițiat sancțiunile să fie împiedicați să le pună în aplicare. Vă rugăm să acceptați semnăturile noastre ca dovadă a sprijinului și a acceptării exactității prezentului memorandum menționat.
