I want to help women all across the globe, especially in Afghanistan, have the same rights as a man would. No person should be stripped of human rights. Gender inequality remains a significant issue worldwide, with women often facing discrimination in various aspects of life including employment and income. According to the World Economic Forum's Global Gender Gap Report 2021, it will take approximately 135.6 years to close the gender gap if current trends continue.

In many countries, women are paid significantly less than men for doing the same work. For instance, in Afghanistan, cultural norms and legal barriers severely restrict women's access to education and employment opportunities.

We must act now to ensure that all genders are respected and treated equally. This includes advocating for equal pay for equal work and promoting policies that support gender equality in all spheres of life.
