look, I was forced to do this by someone else. it's not my idea, but you know what? it would be amazing to do this in honor of SpongeBob SquarePants and Stephen Hillenberg. the show is dying and maybe if it finds its way back into our culture we can save the show from its demise. listen, I know that this is the stupidest idea for a petition EVER and I know this almost %100 isn't gonna happen but maybe I could at least try? this started on twitter and it's the dumbest idea I've ever heard of but who cares? I don't. there's a big debate over which old man jenkins is the real old man jenkins. the truth is, what if it's not a name? maybe it's SpongeBob's version of a boomer? that would make a lot of sense and it's the only possible answer to this problem although it's probably just %100 a continuity error. I guess it's sort of like calling a a woman who always asks for a manager a Karen. I think it's an insult of some sort and a stereotype. anyways, you really don't have to sign the petition but keep in mind it's free. I have no freaking clue how I myself would add an entirely new slang into culture but I guess all of us together could make it happen?
