GEICO made my life hell for few year, time to FIX
Why this petition matters

GEICO unfortunately has been ruining my life since 2018. I got my brand new car to make money to survive. I did a ride-share job for 1 year.
When I got the car, before even leaving I made GEICO insurance for personal use and after a while I switched to commercial one keeping the same company so there was no gap at all.
After a while I had a major accident and needed my car to be fixed by my “BIG” insurance company.
But the nightmare started at that point: They refused to fix my car but the other side’s. When I asked they said I did not do the inspection that they said they mentioned on the phone and sent by email. I did not really hear that and neither saw by email besides all other commercial GEICO emails.
I asked all my friends who are doing the same job and the same switching situation. They had never been asked for such a process (Inspection).
Even though I have to, it’s obvious that I had been insured by the same company all the time from day first.
Now I need them to pay me back at least to fix my car so I can use it again for ride-share or commuting normally.
