Hey guys my name is Anderson Parada I’m a student at Ross S Sterling I’m protesting against GCCISD as a whole. It's clear that the district has lost meaning to what focusing on education is. They clearly could care less to what happens to a child as long as long as they don’t have any harm to their reputation. They’ve lost the objective of trying to educate students in any way possible. They force school to be something less and less desirable most students don’t even want to go to school and yet you make it so painfully hard to even push themselves to go. If goose creek would  rather choose to focus  themselves on a child’s appearance rather than education they shouldn’t even be a district in the first place. All goose creek is doing is  damaging students mindsets they will add onto the problems they already have with school. Theres less and less desire to go to school and they act as if taking away from students would motivate them any better to push themselves academically. These students clearly find going to school less and less desirable to them because Goose creek is suppressing them from having their form of self expression.  It’s also the fact they’re willing to punish students for many us for clearly not following “their way” with things such as appearance, gender, and diversity. Many of us students who have our own individual right to choose what we want should have that option to chose from and a school district should have that much control over these students they’re stepping way to ahead above their roles by trying to change your children.
