Covid-19 cases are rising and with the holidays coming up, people are more likely to catch covid when seeing family and friends. 

I want to make that change. There should have been a more strict rule about a lockdown than the brief one we had. I want to have this lockdown be reassuring and have people paid during the time. It is for the safety and well-being of everyone. Everyone needs to stop going out and going to work in this environment. They should be compensated as the lockdown occurs.

There should also be free mandatory testing for everyone, not the ones who seem to have symptoms. 
If we can achieve this, get the cases down to almost zero, and live a healthy life, then we could possibly go back to the way things were before covid.
