Extremely vulnerable and locked down 24 hours a day except for showers and 20 min signed up phone calls, my 89 Year Old Mother, Grandmother & Friend, Helen Golay, is surely to succumb to Covid 19 living at CIW.  Large groups of people living in a 1930's building with no air conditioning or ventilation, using homemade masks, 6" distancing and hand washing before and after activities is IMPOSSIBLE at CIW. There are 2 phones for 1,600 inmates.The employees will bring in more community spread. Please sign this petition and allow me to bring my mother home to quarantine her until this threat is over.
