No one has the right to bully or murder another because of ones feelings thoughts, traditions, lifestyle, ect. No one has the right to lay hands on another because they don't fit into what is not expected. I am starting this petition to ask for CHANGE. I am petitioning that should a minor bully and or murder ANYONE, bully to the point of suicide and or physical violence and even death cause by violence by a minor that the parents should be held accountable for their minor child. Weather it be criminal or financial both the child and the minor should be held accountable. A parent not knowing or knowing what their child is doing is neglect and the schools need to be accountable as well.  Parents need to get more involved with what their child is doing. If a parent can go to court for a child not going to school (School truancy) than a parent should be held accountable for their child when they commit a criminal act, and not just any act A PREMEDITATED ACT... BULLYING & MURDERING SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP.
